“Luna Pro” Service Agreement and Copyright Statement

The terms of service of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as "terms of service") are the relevant rights and obligations entered between you and Treasure Garden, Inc. regarding the "LUNA PRO" client (hereinafter collectively referred to as "LUNA PRO") services provided by Treasure Garden, Inc.

1. Service Introduction

“LUNA PRO” Service Definition: The "LUNA PRO" service is provided by Treasure Garden, Inc., and on the premise that you comply with the specific terms and conditions of this agreement, it will provide you with a service platform for browsing, downloading and other functions. "LUNA PRO" itself does not directly upload or provide picture content, nor does it modify or edit any pictures or photos that you upload, browse, delete, download, or share to the storage space platform. When you use the "LUNA PRO" service, you must equip yourself with the equipment required for surfing the Internet and using telecom value-added services, and pay for the communication fees, information fees, etc. charged by personal access to the Internet or by third parties (including but not limited to telecom or mobile communication providers). There is a clearly agreed privacy policy in this agreement, and you must ensure that you have read and are willing to fully comply with the privacy policy announced by Treasure Garden, Inc. before using this service. Treasure Garden, Inc. does not take any responsibility for the failure of the company to store or delete the content or other information of the service according to your wishes. At the same time, the company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice to you. The company is not responsible to you or third parties. Unless Treasure Garden, Inc. expressly stipulates otherwise that any additions to the current service, including new products, are subject to these Terms of Service unconditionally.

2. Licensing of public domain content

You agree to grant the photos and texts you share publicly in the public area of the Service (the public area refers to the area available to general public users) to Treasure Garden, Inc. worldwide, license-free, non-exclusive, fully sublicensable, and perpetually valid. The right to use, and the limited company may use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works based on the aforementioned content for the specific purpose of displaying, disseminating and promoting the posting of the aforementioned content for Internet value-added services or telecommunication value-added services. business.

3. Service Risk and Disclaimer

（1） "LUNA PRO" is completely free, and Treasure Garden, Inc. will not be responsible for lost photos or damaged files.

（2） You fully understand and agree that this service involves services such as the Internet and mobile communications, which may be affected by unstable factors in various links. Therefore, there is a risk that the service may be interrupted or unable to meet your requirements due to the above-mentioned force majeure, computer virus or hacker attack, system instability, your location, your shutdown, communication line, etc., or may cause service cancellation or termination risk (any information you have stored in this service may not be restored), you use this service at your own risk, and the company does not guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of the service, and you cannot send and receive reading due to this. No responsibility is assumed for message, or delivery errors, timeliness of personal settings, failure to store or other problems. Treasure Garden, Inc. will not be liable for any loss, loss or service discontinuation of your data caused by force majeure or due to reasons not attributable to Treasure Garden, Inc. fault.

(3) For system failures that affect the normal operation of this service, Treasure Garden, Inc. promises to deal with and repair in time once it is discovered. However, Treasure Garden, Inc. will not be held responsible for the economic and spiritual losses you have incurred as a result. In addition, Treasure Garden, Inc. reserves the right to suspend the provision of part or all of this service for repairs, upgrades or other purposes without prior notice.

(4) Treasure Garden, Inc. solemnly reminds you that any content uploaded or sent through this service, whether public or private, is the responsibility of the content provider. Treasure Garden, Inc. cannot control the content transmitted through this service, nor can it fully control your use behavior, so it does not guarantee the legality, correctness, integrity, authenticity or quality of the content; you have predicted that when using this service, it may be exposed to unpleasant, inappropriate or objectionable content and agree to use its own judgment and assume all risks without relying on the limited company. However, in any case, Treasure Garden, Inc. has the right to stop the transmission of any of the aforementioned content and take corresponding actions, including but not limited to suspending all or part of your use of this service, keeping relevant records, and reporting to relevant authorities. However, Treasure Garden, Inc. has the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse and delete any content available through the service that violates these terms or otherwise is objectionable to Treasure Garden, Inc. or you.

(5) You fully understand and agree that if a third party uploads your pictures and other works to "LUNA PRO" without your knowledge or consent, and any resulting behavior that may infringe your rights, Treasure Garden, Inc. neither assumes any responsibility to anyone.

(6) You fully understand and agree that third parties can obtain the relevant information in "LUNA PRO" by visiting Treasure Garden, Inc. website, and may use, modify, interpret, download or reprint the information. For any behaviors that may infringe your rights, such as using, modifying, deducing, downloading, or reprinting information by you or a third party, Treasure Garden, Inc. shall not be liable to anyone.

(7) You fully understand and agree that, receiving advertising information through this service, and then conducting any form of business dealings with advertisers, or participating in promotional activities, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, as well as any other relevant terms, conditions, a warranty or representation is solely between you and the advertiser. Except as expressly required by relevant law to be held liable by Treasure Garden, Inc., Treasure Garden, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature suffered by you as a result of any of the foregoing transactions or the foregoing advertisers.

（8) Treasure Garden, Inc. has the right to freeze or withdraw the album account you use after notifying you at least 3 days in advance according to the needs of the service.

4. In the event of any of the following circumstances, Treasure Garden, Inc. has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of services to you at any time without notice to you

(1) The personal data you provide is not true;

(2) You violate the provisions of the Terms of Service;

(3) Your account and corresponding domain name have been idle for a long time after registration;

(4) Treasure Garden, Inc. found that you maliciously registered an album account or Treasure Garden, Inc. received a third-party complaint and the third party issued corresponding evidence;

(5) Other limited companies are considered to be special cases that meet the overall service needs.

5. Disclosure of Information

In the following cases, the limited company will disclose your personal information, and the resulting responsibility will be borne by you:

(1) You authorize or agree to the disclosure of Treasure Garden, Inc.;

(2) In some cases, only by disclosing your personal information can we provide the products and services you insist on requesting;

(3) In an emergency, to protect Treasure Garden, Inc. and your legal rights or public safety and interests;

(4) Provide your personal information as required by law or required by competent authorities;

(5) You agree to let third parties share information;

(6) We find that you have violated the terms of service of Treasure Garden, Inc. or any other terms of use of the products and services;

(7) According to the relevant provisions of the terms of service and the statement of Treasure Garden, Inc., or other circumstances that the company deems necessary;

6. Ownership of Content, Logos, Software

The content includes the "LUNA PRO" special effect name, sound, picture, etc. and all the content in the mail message and advertisement. Logos include "Treasure Garden", "LUNA PRO" and related graphic logos, all of which are protected by copyright, trademark and patent laws. Therefore, you can only use these contents under the authorization of Treasure Garden, Inc., and cannot copy, reproduce or create derivative products related to the contents without authorization.

All rights to any software used by "LUNA PRO" for providing network services (including but not limited to any images, photos, animations, videos, audio recordings, music, text and additional programs, accompanying help materials contained in the software) all belong to the copyright owner of the software. Without the permission of the copyright owner of the software, you may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, or otherwise discover its contents. original coding, and any alleged copyright infringement.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Jurisdiction

The validity and interpretation of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America. If any part of the terms of service contradicts the laws of the United States of America, this part of the terms should be re-interpreted in accordance with the law, and the invalidity or re-interpretation of some of the terms will not affect the legal effect of other terms.

You and Treasure Garden, Inc. agree that any disputes arising from this service should be resolved through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit a lawsuit to the court where Treasure Garden, Inc. is located.

8. Treasure Garden, Inc. has the final right to interpret the terms of service of this agreement.
